What areas of Perth does The Cater Crew deliver to?
Most days we’re driving lunches and platters into the Perth CBD, West Perth, Subiaco, Osborne Park and Nedlands, plus Claremont, South Perth, Victoria Park and Applecross. Hospital teams on the QEII Medical Centre site get free delivery: tell us the building, level and room and we’ll bring it to the door.
Where is The Cater Crew's kitchen?
We have multiple kitchens in Perth CBD & Nedlands, and delivered across the Perth metro area, from Balcatta in the north to Belmont in the east and Kardinya in the south, including the western suburbs.
How Much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees (measured from our Nedlands kitchen):
- QEII Medical Centre: free (weekends too)
- 0–2 km: $27
- 2–5 km: $40
- 5–10 km: $64
- 10–15 km: $89
- Weekends: same fees as weekdays
There’s no minimum spend. The exact fee appears when you enter your address at checkout.
Does the Cater Crew have a minimum order spend?
There’s no minimum spend! Order as much or as little as your event needs.
When's the latest I can order catering?
Lead times: order by 1:45pm the day before for the full menu. Running late? Call us on 08 6285 4504 and we’ll do our best to fit in a same-day order. We aim to arrive within about 10 minutes of your booked time, traffic permitting.
Can I order The Cater Crew for my business?
Absolutely. For businesses:
- We invoice companies.
- We accept purchase order numbers.
- We can set up a standing weekly order for regular team lunches or meetings, so the same menu arrives at the same time each week until you change it.
